"I’m really disappointed with the lack of communication from JJ Puccio and his team. Back in June, I was notified that my insurance policy was ending and was personally assured by their office via email that renewal would be handled with no issue. After that, I reached out multiple times asking for a copy of my coverage card, since I couldn’t pull it up on my account, (now I know why) and was essentially ghosted. Never got an email response back. When I finally called again today to follow up, I was told that my policy was not actually renewed — meaning I had been without coverage for months without knowing it This is not the first time lack of communication has been an issue, as I had a similar problem come up a couple years ago when I got a new car and changed addresses and needed to have my insurance updated. I’ve since switched to a different State Farm agent, but unfortunately my rate went up because State Farm considers it a lapse in coverage. It’s extremely frustrating and disappointing to have trusted this office to handle my policy and be left with the financial consequences of their lack of follow-through ."

I don’t know how many other agents actually give out their personal cell phone number, but it has been a lifesaver for me as I have contacted him on his personal cell phone many times throughout the years. He has always been respectful of my needs and has never made me feel like I was nuisance when contacting him after hours at his house. This shows that JJ is extremely dedicated to his clients and wants to be available for them at any given time. I have truly appreciated this aspect of his character so much! JJ is an excellent agent and I am proud to call him my State Farm agent!"

"Very unhappy with state farm. Called my agent almost 4 hour ago and left 4 messages and still no response. Called corporate finally got roadside service to come get my vehicle. Now can't get rental because my agent won't call me back. Very disappointed. Besides just bought a house trying to get insurance on it been almost 2 weeks still haven't gotten a quote. Top it all off if your agent does not answer they send you some voice recording message service where you need to talk to a live person. This service really sucks I will be switching from state farm."
